DPTS is an all-in-one call-center solution that includes hardware, software, and support.

Specifically, I was responsible for the reporting software. This was an application partially written in Visual Basic, ASP, and Javascript. The user could select a report from a tree in the left pane and the parameters for the report would appear in the right pane. From there, the user could select the parameters, then view the results in either a grid format (for sorting purposes) or a Crystal report (for formatting purposes).

Also, at one point or another, I worked on each of the other applications in the DPTS suite at some capacity. DB management was also practiced on a daily basis.
